After the majestic performance in the DFB Pokal final against RB Leipzig, Dortmund CEO Hans Joachim Watzke announced that only a few days prior to the match, Edin Terzić signed a new contract with the club. With the appointment of Gladbach’s Marco Rose for next season, Terzić was not expected to stay, and many top-tier teams had their eyes on the 38-year-old manager. Jesse Marsch announced as new Leipzig boss

Jesse Marsch has been announced as the new boss of RB Leipzig, taking over from Julian Nagelsmann on a 2-year deal. The American coach last worked with Leipzig as an assistant coach under Ralf Ragnick, where he developed much of the principles and philosophies that he still holds near and dear to his heart today.
